9 reasons why you’re going to love Arc
01
It starts with the most insightful deep dive into your health you’ve ever had
The Arc 100+ biomarker blood test is a whole-body check that can detect early indicators of 1,000+ conditions. Your team combines that with your wearable data, medical records, lifestyle, and previous tests to form the most complete picture of your health possible.
02
Get a multi-disciplinary team who become accountable for getting you to peak health
Your dedicated doctor, personal trainer and nutritionist become your personal health team for life. They help you interpret your results, create a joined-up plan that fits your life, adapt it based on what works, and support you along the way.
03
Access preventative specialists as needed at no extra cost
Message specialists in the app whenever needed. They’ll be up to speed with your full health history. Specialists include dermatologists, physios, gut health dieticians, endurance coaches, and experts across menopause, fertility, hair loss, and men’s health.
04
One joined-up plan across all aspects of your health
Your team will create a unified plan across exercise, nutrition, supplements, sleep, environment and medication to get you to peak health. It will be built using your goals and your results, the team will adapt it over time based on what ends up working.
05
Discover the smallest tweaks that will lead to the biggest benefits
Life is busy and it’s impossible to be perfect. Your team will share the smallest changes that will have the biggest impact on your health according to the latest science. It will cover both how you feel today, and your long-term health.
06
Deep dives into exercise, sleep, nutrition and environmental toxins
Your team will guide you through dives into all aspects of your lifestyle. This includes a photo food diary to spot nutrient gaps, at-home fitness benchmarking, targeted sleep improvement experiments, and discovering and fixing environmental toxins exposure.
07
Finally know which supplements and health tests are worth the money based on your data
Your team will break down which supplements will actually make a difference based on your blood data and latest science, including dosage and recommended brands. They’ll also help you decide which advanced health tests, if any, are worth the money.
08
Track your data over time with proactive monitoring to catch issues early
Your team will proactively monitor your wearable data, symptoms, lifestyle, and test results so issues are caught early, before they become problems. See your health data change (and improve) over time as you retest.
09
All your health now lives in one place
Your medical records, wearable data, test results, symptoms and more are finally unified into one private, secure dashboard. Every healthcare interaction within Arc begins with the clinician understanding your full health history.

I have questions
We've worked hard to enable high quality preventative care at an affordable price. Your care happens in the app, so we're not paying for clinics or empty appointment slots. Technology handles the admin, so our clinicians spend all their time on you. And because we send a high volume of tests to our UK partner labs, we're able to keep costs low.
Your membership includes a blood test covering more than 100 biomarkers, an in-depth health report, and a personalised plan created by your doctor and team. You also get unlimited in-app messaging with your doctor, personal trainer and nutritionist. You can message with other preventive health specialists when you need them.
Your team will also put together things like personalised supplement recommendations based on your data, a diet analysis from your nutritionist, workout plans from your PT, and much more.
There are optional add-ons available for tests such as a VO2 max test, blood retests, and in-depth specialist care that goes beyond what can be handled over messaging. If you need medication, the medication itself is charged separately, along with the pharmacy and clinical care that go with it. And if you'd like a nurse to come to your home or office for your blood, that costs a bit extra too. None of the add-ons are required to get full value from the membership.
Your doctor is a real, GMC-registered UK doctor working within our CQC-regulated service. The rest of your team, including your nutritionist, personal trainer and specialists, are real people too.
We use AI to make our operations more efficient, and there's an AI chat in the app for when you'd like an instant answer. But your health report and plan are put together by a real team, and messaging is with a real person.
Your GP can order blood tests if you have symptoms or a condition to monitor, and in England, adults aged 40 to 74 are offered a free NHS Health Check every five years. But the Health Check is very light: alongside your blood pressure and weight, it tests your cholesterol and sometimes your blood sugar, so it covers fewer than five biomarkers.
Arc is built for people who want to be proactive about their health, so it goes much deeper. We look at more than 100 biomarkers and review them alongside your other health data, such as your wearable data and any previous tests or scans. You also get a dedicated team who help you understand your results, create a personalised plan and stick to it.
Arc is designed to work alongside your GP, not instead of them. We focus on prevention and health optimisation rather than day-to-day medical care. Your NHS GP is still the right place for things like vaccinations or a chest infection, and in an emergency, call 999 or go to A&E.
AI is great at giving you information, but it can't be your doctor. A chatbot isn't clinically accountable for what it tells you, and it can't prescribe, refer you or order follow-up tests. It can also sound just as sure about a borderline result as a serious one, whereas an experienced clinician knows what matters and what doesn't.
Results also only help if your habits change. Arc gives you a team who go on that journey with you, supporting you and holding you to account as you make the small changes that improve your health. AI can give you the information, but the trust and support of a team who are accountable alongside you is what turns it into lasting change.
We use AI extensively to support our clinicians and deliver the highest standard of care, alongside the accountability, trust, experience and support that comes from real people.
Your results and plan are just the start. From there, your team helps you put your plan into action. They'll reach out to check how it's going, and help make adjustments so it fits more easily in your life. You can message them for support as much as you like.
Once you've made enough changes, your team will suggest a retest, help you make sense of the new results and update your plan. It's a continuous cycle of support and improvement, guided by what's working for you. Your team can be as hands-on or hands-off as you like, depending on how much time you have for making changes.
As often as you like. There's no limit on how many messages you can send. Your team typically replies within a day, but can take up to a few days if things are busy. Also bear in mind that they're real people, so things like illness and travel do happen.
If you'd like an answer straight away, the AI chat in the app replies instantly and knows all your health data and your plan. For medical emergencies, please call 111 or 999 as usual.
Not at all. Wearables aren't required, but they do give your team extra information to work with. If you don't have one, you can connect the step count from your phone instead. And if you're thinking about buying one, your team can help you work out which is best for you.
We support nearly all popular wearables, including Apple Watch, Whoop, Oura, Garmin, Fitbit, Samsung Galaxy Watch and Polar, plus many others. You can also connect other health devices, such as smart scales and blood pressure monitors, so your team gets an even fuller picture.
You book your blood test in the app at one of 40+ locations across the UK. If there isn't one near you, a nurse can come to your home or office instead for an extra £35.
It's a standard blood draw by a trained phlebotomist. It only takes a few minutes, and most people barely feel it. At the same appointment, we'll also check your blood pressure, take some body measurements and collect a urine sample.
Lab results usually take around a week, and then your doctor and team take a couple more days to prepare your report and plan. You'll receive your report in the app.
If anything comes back that needs urgent attention, our clinical team will call you straight away, though this is extremely rare. Otherwise, your doctor will explain your results in detail in your report, including any next steps.
You can then message your doctor in the app as often as you like. They'll support you all the way through to resolving whatever we've found, even if it requires further tests, treatment or a referral.
Feeling fine is a great start, but it doesn't guarantee you're healthy. Many diseases build slowly and silently. For example, heart disease, the world's leading cause of death, develops over decades in ways you can't feel.
Other things can quietly hold you back, too. Low iron or an underactive thyroid can sap your energy, and low vitamin D is common, especially through the UK winter. Small tweaks can help you feel even better and lower your long-term risk of disease.
The vast majority of members who join feeling healthy find something important to address. You'll also get a baseline to compare against year on year, so your team can spot any changes early.
Yes, with many everyday issues, including low energy, gut problems, poor sleep, weight, skin and hair concerns, and menopause symptoms. Your team will look at your symptoms alongside your results to work out what's causing them, and your doctor can diagnose, prescribe and refer you when it's clinically appropriate.
If you have a serious, complex or unstable condition, or you're pregnant, Arc can add to your care, but you should stay under the care of your GP or specialist. And if you have new, severe or worsening symptoms, please don't wait for us: call 999, 111 or your GP.
Arc begins with an in-depth health check, which is why we bill annually up front. It works out to the equivalent of less than £25 a month or 82p per day. If you change your mind before your blood test, you can cancel for a full refund.
No, you should keep your NHS GP. Arc focuses on proactive prevention and health optimisation, and it's designed to work alongside your GP rather than replace them.
Your GP is still the right place for day-to-day primary care, such as vaccinations or treating a chest infection. And if you need urgent medical help, call 111, or 999 in an emergency.
Only your care team and authorised administrators can see your health data, and it's stored securely with advanced encryption. We don't share it with anyone else, except where it's needed to deliver your care, such as with our lab partners.
Your data is never sold or used to train AI models, and you can ask us to correct or delete it at any time. The only thing we can't delete straight away is your medical record: as a regulated healthcare provider, we're required by law to store it for eight years after your care with us ends.
No. We don't share any of your Arc results with health insurers. Like the rest of your health data, your results are only ever shared when that's needed to deliver your care.
Yes. Arc is a CQC-regulated medical service, so your doctor can issue private prescriptions when it's clinically appropriate. It's always your doctor's decision, and membership doesn't guarantee any particular prescription.
Medication and more advanced care cost extra, and we'll always tell you the price before you go ahead.
Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time, and if you cancel before you've had your blood test, we'll refund your membership fee in full.
